Luxtrade supply fabricated durbar flooring panels to meet all your industrial needs. Durbar pattern solid floor plates with a slip resistant raised pattern are suitable for trench covers, platforms, walkways, stair landings and treads.

The raised leaf pattern surface allows free drainage of water and other liquids; it also provides increased non-slip surface to give a firm grip in all directions.

Due to the open surface pattern, Durbar floor plates are easily cleaned therefore minimising corrosion and ensuring a longer life.

It is usual for floor plates to be securely bolted down when used on platforms and walkways. Where floor plates are used as duct covers or manhole covers it is usual for them to be laid loose in curbing but each plate should be secured to adjacent plates with butt straps. We supply curbing for setting into concrete to suit our cover plates.

Trench covers, which are readily removable, are normally supplied holed for, and including, our standard lifting keys.

Durbar treads are manufactured to customer requirements. We can supply tread plates only or finished with Luxtrade end plates.

Mild steel floor plate is available in 4.5, 6, 8, 10 and 12.5mm base thickness.
